shipping + handling

all big feelings orders are packed and shipped by me personally from new york city. i take a lot of care with each one — your tote will arrive wrapped in tissue, tied with ribbon, and accompanied by a handwritten note.

processing time: please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

shipping method: all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

shipping rates: calculated at checkout based on your location.

where we ship: currently shipping within the United States only. international shipping coming soon — stay tuned!

lost or damaged orders: if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please reach out to thegrandapt@gmail.com and i'll make it right.

returns: because each order is packed individually and includes personalized elements, i'm unable to accept returns. if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out — i want you to love what you receive.
